The ever so popular Ash tree and Limestone pavement which is seen from the roadside on the drive up to Malham Tarn from Malham village. From memory, this image was shot in the middle of summer, either June or July and is virtually straight out of the camera, with no processing at all apart from a very small amount of desaturation. After one or two flashes of lightning and a few cracks of thunder, the storm clouds in the distance were suddenly overhead. We were soaked to the bone in a matter of a couple of minutes!
